Please submit your work or any questions to email@example.com and include a short 2-3 sentence author bio written in the third person with submissions.
Subject title for submissions should be "First and last name submission" i.e. "John Doe submission."
Simultaneous submissions are okay, but please notify us if work is accepted elsewhere. Previously published work is also okay, just tell us where it has been published.
Our theme is issues of identity such as gender, race, class, religion, intersectionality, internet identity, and culture. Basically, tell us what it's like to be human or whatever you are, and make it interesting.
We accept poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, photography, and art. Please keep word count under 5000, and though we don't have a submission limit, think about quality over quantity.
No gratuitously explicit content will be accepted.
We'll contact you as quickly as possible if you've been selected for publication, often less than 24 hours. If over a month has gone by and you haven't heard from us, feel free to email us!
By submitting to Little Rose, you grant us the non-exclusive right to publish your work online and display it for the duration of the journal. Copyright belongs to the author exclusively. If your work is reprinted elsewhere, please acknowledge Little Rose as the first site of publication. At this time, we cannot pay authors for their work.
We plan on publishing new content daily as long as there are enough submissions, so please, please send us your work! We look forward to hearing from you!
